Eggs are Easy with Wasabi
1/4 cup Spicy Mustard Microgreens
Salt and Pepper to taste
Get out your cast iron or basic frying pan.
Add in a couple tablespoons of oil and let the pay warm up for a couple minutes.
Fry the eggs up just how you like them. I usually go for over-easy but any way you cook eggs with be great with the tasty topper microgreens.
Prepare the plate with a dash of Micro-Blend Seasoning for flare, and create a bed of mustard greens to lay the eggs on,
Finally top with some extra microgreens for more flavor. Use Salt and Pepper after you take your first bite, you may find out that it is not needed!
