Simply Micro Salad is a quick way to get a nutrient boost!

Ingredients
Use what ever Microgreens you have for this recipe and substitute out your favorite dressing!
1 cup Kale Microgreens
1 cup Radish Microgreens
1 cup Spicy Mustard Microgreens
1 cup Spicy Salad Microgreens
2tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
Preparation
Step 1
Put all of your microgreens in a bowl or plate and mix well.
Step 2
Drizzle on some balsamic vinaigrette or dressing of choice.
Step 3
Top with some Micro-Blend seasoning if you like.
Serve and Enjoy!
