Rad Roasted Radish

About the Recipe

Rave about Roasted Radishes. Pretty much, they're delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 4 cups cleaned and rough cut radishes

  • 8 garlic cloves peeled and rough cut

  • 1/4 cup Radish Microgreens

  • Micro-Blend Seasoning (to taste or garnish)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1


Get out your 8x8 baking dish and pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.



Step 2


Take baking dish and place in all of the rough cut garlic and radishes.



Step 3


Lightly oil veggies and then salt and pepper.



Step 4


Bake in the oven and check around 45 minutes. If radishes are still hard, bake for an additional 15 minutes or until they are of the desired consistency.



Step 5


Garnish plate with Micro-Blend seasoning and serve roasted radishes on top. Finally add the radish microgreens for a bit of extra color and flavor!
