Ingredients
Sliced Bagel
1 egg
1-2 slices of onion
Cheese of choice
Microgreen of choice
Mayonaise/ Stone Ground Mustard / Condiment of choice
Paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Slice the bagel and toast it
Step 3
Fry an egg in oil over medium heat
Step 4
Put condiments on the toasted bagel slice/s
Step 5
Place egg, cheese, seasoning, and microgreens of choice on top
