Eat some microgreens for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Sliced Bagel

  • 1 egg

  • 1-2 slices of onion

  • Cheese of choice

  • Microgreen of choice

  • Mayonaise/ Stone Ground Mustard / Condiment of choice

  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1


Slice the bagel and toast it



Step 3


Fry an egg in oil over medium heat



Step 4


Put condiments on the toasted bagel slice/s



Step 5


Place egg, cheese, seasoning, and microgreens of choice on top
