The Micro Spinach Salad is really really good.

Ingredients
2-3 Cups Spinach
1cup Kale and Broccoli Microgreens
x1 Egg
Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 Tomato
Dried Onion Bits
Preparation
Step 1
Start cooking your eggs while you prep the salad. If you have an egg cooker be sure to use this as it is a bit faster/easier than the traditional boiling in water.
Step 2
While the eggs are cooking, start cutting up the tomato into small cubes.
Step 3
In a larger bowl, start by placing your spinach at the bottom. Add in tomatoes, microgreens, and egg once cooked and sliced.
Step 4
Top with dried onion flakes. They are delicious and add a bit of crunch to any salad.
Step 5
Finally, add your dressing of choice. Balsamic Vinegar is always a good choice!
