The Cucumber Kale Salad is a great way to use up some of those spare veggies that are just sitting in the garden!

Ingredients
Three Sheep Cheese
Heirloom tomatoes (about 1 Large)
Lemon & Green Cucumbers (about 3-4 medium cucumbers)
White Russian Kale
NativeDetox SeaSalt
Italian seasoning
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Preparation
Wash and cut cucumbers and tomatoes
Cut and rinse microgreens
Combine the vegetable ingredients in a serving bowl or tray
Top with cheese and microgreens
Add seasoning to taste (about a pinch of salt and Italian seasoning)
Drizzle some Balsamic Vinaigrette on top and enjoy!
