Ingredients
x2 Artison Buns
x2 Pre Made Burger Patties
x4 Slices of Bacon
Tomato Slices
Onion Slices
Cheddar Cheese
Stone Ground Mustard
Horseradish Sauce
Broccoli Microgreens
Radish Microgreens
Chips of Choice
Preparation
Step 1
Start the grill or stove and bring to a medium heat. If using stove place fry pan on medium heat with oil. Make your own burger patties or use pre-made one from the store. Veggie burgers also work well and these days can taste better!
Step 2
Place burgers and bacon on grill or heated pan. Cook on each side burgers for approximately 6 minutes or until your preferred pinkness inside. The bacon should be flipped once but will take less time than the burger.
Step 3
While the burgers are cooking, place your artison buns in the toaster. Be sure to keep an eye on them as it will only take a few minutes. Once finished toasting, put on some horseradish and ground mustard or condiments of choice.
Step 4
Once burgers have reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees they are done. Take them off the grill or oven and place them on your buns along with the bacon. Place the rest of the toppings on the burger, finishing with a finally of broccoli and radish microgreens.
