If you've tried microgreens but still want more nutrition in your life, try this all new sprouting jar. We use top notch mason jars along with a BPA free lid. Each kit comes with instructions and three different varieties of sprouting seeds (each good for 1 sprouting session). Seed varieties may include Radish, Pea, Mung Bean, Broccoli, or Spicy Salad.
