This is coco coir. Add some water and start growing Microgreens! This is a great refill for the Microgreen kits. One of these will fill up your 12 cell kit about three times.
 
Store the extra in a gallon ziplock bag when not in use.
 
Pro tip: place coco coir in gallon bag and add water and watch it expand!
